Accounts Cum Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and preparing financial statements

  • Assisting with payroll processing and tax-related matters

  • Providing administrative support, such as handling customer inquiries, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and administrative policies and procedures

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall business objectives

  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, maintain accurate records, and manage accounts payable/receivable.

  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and reconcile statements to ensure data accuracy.

  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, supporting financial analysis and reporting.

  • Answering calls, taking messages, and maintaining a positive company image. Other responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing communications, organizing files, stocking office supplies, updating directories, collecting cheque, keeping records organized, and ensuring the reception area is tidy. Additionally, general clerical and administrative support is provided when needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (i.e. Autocount) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and lead a team.

  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices.

Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote Diagnohab.

  • Create content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email newsletters, and more, to engage with target audiences.

  • Manage the company’s social media accounts and online presence to increase brand visibility and engagement.

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs and metrics to optimize strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure consistent messaging and a unified brand experience.

  • Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to showcase Diagnohab's offerings.

  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to enhance marketing initiatives.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a marketing role. 

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and campaign management software.

  • Familiarity with retail healthcare will be a plus.
